  • 4 tsp. butter, softened, divided
  • 4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • dash ground nutmeg
  • 4 fresh pineapple rings, 3/4 inch-thick
  • 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

    butter evenly onto both sides of tortillas.

    Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle onto both sides of tortillas.

    Stack tortillas on microwaveable plate; cover with paper towel.

    Melt remaining butter in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add pineapple; cook 1 to 2 min.

    on each side or until heated through and evenly browned.

    Remove from skillet; cut in half.

    Microwave tortillas on HIGH 30 to 40 sec.
