- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. milk
- chopped nuts or raisins (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Sprinkle with chopped nuts or raisins if desired.

3Boil the next 3 ingredients for 1 minute and then pour slowly over the batter in the baking dish.

4Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.

5Good with whipped topping.
