  • 12 cup rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon milk, fat-free
  • 12 teaspoon unsweetened applesauce
  • 12 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

Directions

    1)Add rice, water, milk, and apple sauce to a small saucepan and boil and stir occasionally on high heat.

    2)Lower heat, cover tightly and let cook for 20 minutes until rice is tender.

    3)Mix sugar & cinnamon and sprinkle on top of rice to serve.
