- 1/2 recipe Sweet Roll Dough
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- raisins (optional)
- chopped pecans (optional)
Directions

1Turn dough out on a floured surface; roll dough into a rectangle 1/2-inch thick.

2Spread butter over dough, leaving a narrow margin on all sides.

3Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over butter.

4Sprinkle dough with raisins and pecans, if desired. Tightly roll up jellyroll fashion, beginning on long side.

5Pinch edge and ends to seal.

6Cut roll into 1-inch slices.

7Place slices, cut side down in a greased 9-inch cake pan (fit will be tight).

8Cover; let rise in a warm place 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

10Store rolls in airtight container.

11Yields 1 1/2 dozen.
