Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 eggs or Egg Beaters
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- cinnamon, sugar and raisins
- powdered sugar
- vanilla
- water
Directions

1Mix the yeast, 2 cups of warm water and 3/4 cup sugar.

2Let sit 5 to 10 minutes until bubbles appear.

3Add eggs and margarine. Add enough flour to make a medium dough.

4Cover with Saran Wrap. Let rise until doubles in bulk, then divide into 2 balls.

5Roll each one out into a rectangle about 1/4 x 3-inches thick.

6Spread with melted margarine.

7Sprinkle on sugar-cinnamon and raisins. Roll up like jelly roll.

8Cut into 2-inch pieces.

9Place, cut side down, on buttered cookie sheet close together.

10Brush on melted butter and let rise until doubles.

11Bake at 400°. Remove from oven.

12Glaze while warm with powdered sugar, vanilla and water.
