- 2 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. lukewarm milk, scalded
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour
Directions

1Stir together milk, sugar, salt, yeast mixture, eggs, butter and 2 1/2 cups flour.

2Beat until smooth.

3Mix in enough flour to make dough smooth and easy to handle.

4Knead about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl; place greased side dough up.

5Cover and raise until double.

6Punch down, roll out and cover with butter, sugar and cinnamon.

7Roll up and let raise again.

8Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
