Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. lukewarm milk, scalded
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. soft margarine
  • 4 1/2 to 5 c. flour

Directions

    Stir together milk, sugar, salt, yeast mixture, eggs, butter and 2 1/2 cups flour.

    Beat until smooth.

    Mix in enough flour to make dough smooth and easy to handle.

    Knead about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl; place greased side dough up.

    Cover and raise until double.

    Punch down, roll out and cover with butter, sugar and cinnamon.

    Roll up and let raise again.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
