- 2 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1 1/2 c. very warm water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 2 c. flour
- cinnamon
Directions

1Beat all ingredients with mixer.

2Stir in 2 more cups of flour.

3Let rise for 1/2 hour.

4Roll out like pie dough.

5Spread melted oleo all over dough, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over.

6Roll up and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.

7Place on cookie sheet and let them rise for 1/2 hour.

8Bake at 400° until light golden brown.
