  • 2 pkg. dry yeast dissolved in 1 1/2 c. very warm water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 2 c. flour
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Beat all ingredients with mixer.

    Stir in 2 more cups of flour.

    Let rise for 1/2 hour.

    Roll out like pie dough.

    Spread melted oleo all over dough, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over.

    Roll up and cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces.

    Place on cookie sheet and let them rise for 1/2 hour.

    Bake at 400° until light golden brown.
