- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 cups flour plus more for dusting
- 1 (.25 ounce) package (2 1/4 tsp) instant dry yeast
- Filling:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
