- 12 cup marsala, can also use dry sherry
- 14 cup honey
- 14 cup raisins, can also use currants
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon cardamom
- 14 teaspoon clove
- 4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions

1Combine marinade ingredients (easier if honey is warmed) and mix well.

2Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.

3Pour marinade over chicken; cover and marinate in refridgerator for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.

4Drain chicken well, broil or grill until done, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

5Baste occasionally with marinade.
