  • 12 ounces fettuccine (try spinach or other flavors)
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables (choose your favorite)
  • 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 14 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • fresh ground pepper

Directions

    Cook fettucini according to package directions; drain; return to pot.

    Add butter and toss to coat.

    As pasta is cooking, cook vegetables in steamer or in the microwave, just until tender.
