- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables (choose your favorite)
- 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 14 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- fresh ground pepper
Directions

1Cook fettucini according to package directions; drain; return to pot.

2Add butter and toss to coat.

3As pasta is cooking, cook vegetables in steamer or in the microwave, just until tender.

4Add milk and parmesan cheese to fettucini; toss gently.
