  • 18 teaspoons Cardamom
  • 18 teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 18 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Pecan Halves

    In a nonstick skillt over medium low to medium heat, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup.

    Add pecan halves, making sure pecans are equally coated.

    Remove pecans from pan and spread out on parchment paper.
