- 1-1/2 cup Milk
- 1-1/8 cup Cream
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 5 whole Egg Yolks, Lighly Beaten
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl (not inside the cold ice cream can). Dump them into the can right before you are ready to churn.

2Let the ice cream maker run for 35 to 40 minutes. Transfer the soft serve ice cream to an airtight container, and freeze for several hours or overnight.

3Enjoy on its own, or add a scoop or two on top of a slice of warm apple pie.
