- 1 lb. boneless beef chuck
- 1 tsp. Crisco
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 large can V-8 juice
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 1 onion
Directions

1Cut up meat into cubes.

2Brown the meat in the Crisco.

3Add chopped up onion and carrots.

4Add cinnamon, sugar, salt and pepper; simmer for about 2 minutes.

5Add V-8 juice and potatoes. Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, until thickened.
