  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 Cornish hen

    Bake in 325° oven for 1 hour, basting with sauce 2 or 3 times.
