  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Warm Water
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar Plus 3/4 Tablespoons Cinnamon For Sprinkling

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Combine flours, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.

    Add water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms, using your hands at the end.

    Form it into a bowl.

    Dust a baking sheet with flour and roll the dough as thin as you can with a rolling pin.

    Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture all over the top and cut with a pizza slicer into small or large crackers.
