- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Warm Water
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar Plus 3/4 Tablespoons Cinnamon For Sprinkling

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Combine flours, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well.

3Add water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms, using your hands at the end.

4Form it into a bowl.

5Dust a baking sheet with flour and roll the dough as thin as you can with a rolling pin.

6Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture all over the top and cut with a pizza slicer into small or large crackers.

7Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

8Let cool completely.
