- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup soymilk
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions

1Add boiling water to oats in bowl and let sit 5 min

2Add soy milk and microwave 45 sec, stir then another 45 sec.

3Take out and stir. If it needs more time microwave again until there is very little water left in the bowl then add cinnamon and brown sugar and enjoy.
