  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup soymilk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

    Add boiling water to oats in bowl and let sit 5 min
  2. 2
    Add soy milk and microwave 45 sec, stir then another 45 sec.
  3. 3
    Take out and stir. If it needs more time microwave again until there is very little water left in the bowl then add cinnamon and brown sugar and enjoy.
