  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 None egg white, beaten until frothy
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • None None Christmas ribbon, for threading

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 2 baking pans.

    Brush pastry with egg white. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

    Cut pastry in half with a fluted pastry wheel, then crosswise into 1/3-inch strips. Bring ends together to form a loop with overlapping ends. Place on prepared pans.

    Bake for 10-15 mins, until twists are golden and crisp. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Thread with ribbon. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
