  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. cold water
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 16 oz. hot roll mix
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • yeast packet

Directions

    Place cream cheese and water in small saucepan and cook on low heat until 115° to 120°, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat.

    Stir in egg and vanilla.

    Stir together roll mix, yeast packet and 1/3 cup sugar.

    Add cream cheese mixture, mixing until dough pulls away from sides.

    On floured surface, knead dough 5 minutes or until smooth.

    Cover and let rest in warm place 30 minutes.
