- 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
- 2 pinches Salt
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/4 sticks Cold Butter (cut Into Pats)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Orange Zest
- Honey, For Drizzling (optional)

1Preheat oven to 425°F.

2Dust work surface with flour. In a food processor, add flour, salt, and milk. Pulse several times. Add pats of cold butter and pulse again. Add the citrus zests and run 1 minute.

3Remove dough to floured surface. Using a scoop, drop biscuit dough onto a large nonstick baking sheet pan and bake 12 minutes, or until golden brown. If desired, drizzle with honey while warm.
