  • 6 perch pieces (1 piece per person about)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Grapefruit (red preference)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dill
  • 1 Teaspoon of ground pepper
  • A dash of paprika
  • A dash of Cayenne pepper

    1-Get the zest from the lemon and grapefruit. Make sure you don't get the white stuff between the fruit and the zest or it will be bitter.

    2-Get the juice from the lemon and grapefruit and mix with the zest.

    3-Add the remaining ingredient but the fish.

    4-Mix well

    5-Dip the fish in it

    6-Cover and let marinate for as much as you want. I like 24h.

    7-Cook at 350 for 60 mins
