  • 1 lb pork loin, cut in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons oil (your choice)
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups fat free chicken broth

Directions

    Salt & pepper the cubed pork, toss with the flour.

    Heat oil, add floured pork and brown on all sides.

    When browned, add thyme, bay leaf and the broth.

    Cover.

    Lower heat to simmer for up to one hour.

    Stirring once in a while.

    Remove bay leaf before serving.
