- 1 lb pork loin, cut in cubes
- 2 tablespoons oil (your choice)
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cups fat free chicken broth
Directions

1Salt & pepper the cubed pork, toss with the flour.

2Heat oil, add floured pork and brown on all sides.

3When browned, add thyme, bay leaf and the broth.

4Cover.

5Lower heat to simmer for up to one hour.

6Stirring once in a while.

7Remove bay leaf before serving.
