  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • corn flake crumbs

    Mix the first 4 ingredients; put into refrigerator for a while until firm.

    Take out and make into patties; roll in corn flake crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
