- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) minced clams, well drained
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

2Stir in clams, pepper and garlic powder.

3Cover; chill about 1 hour. Shape into ball.

4In small bowl, combine cheese and parsley.

5Roll ball in cheese mixture.

6Cover and chill several hours to blend flavors.

7Garnish as desired.

8Serve with assorted crackers. Refrigerate leftovers.
