- 3 cans minced clams (3 c.)
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 medium size boiled potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Directions

1Set aside 1 cup clam liquid.

2Boil potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes in a bowl and save 1/2 cup of the liquid.

3Fry onion; don't burn.

4Stir in clam liquid, 1/2 cup potato liquid and clams.

5Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
