- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. light cream
- 3 tsp. flour
- 1 c. cubed and cooked potatoes
- 2 (8 oz.) cans clams
- 1 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Cook bacon in butter until crisp.

2Add onion and carrots; remove bacon.

3Cook onion and carrots until tender.

4Add salts, pepper and water; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes.

5Combine milk, cream and flour; cook until thick.

6Add potatoes, bacon, parsley and clams with juice.
