- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- paprika
Directions

1Place the eggs in a saucepan.

2Cover with cold water.

3Boil for 15 minutes.

4Remove from heat and drain off hot water.

5Let eggs stand in cold water a few minutes, then peel and cut them lengthwise in half.

6Scoop out the yolks and mash them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

7Spoon the mixture back into the hollows of the egg whites.

8Sprinkle paprika on top of each egg half.
