  • 1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 to 2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers (optional)

Directions

    Mix as directed on package using only 1/3 cup milk.

    Put in black iron pot (greased).

    Bake at 425° for about 20 minutes or until browned.
