- 2 potatoes, diced and cooked
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small can minced clams
- salt
- pepper
- cornstarch
Directions

1Combine potatoes, onion, milk and butter in saucepan.

2Bring to a boil over low heat.

3Add clams (including juice).

4Remove small amount of liquid and add a tablespoon of cornstarch.

5Mix well.

6Pour back into saucepan and stir.

7Simmer for a few minutes.

8Repeat until desired thickness is reached.
