- 3 slices bacon, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1 can minced clams with juice
- 1 large potato, cubed
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Save 2 tablespoons drippings.

3Saute onion in drippings 4 to 5 minutes.

4Add clam juice and potatoes. Cover and cook over low heat, until potatoes are tender.

5Reserve a few pieces of bacon for garnish.

6Add remaining bacon, clams, soup, milk and pepper.

7Heat and garnish with bacon.

8Serve with crackers.
