- 2 c. clean clams
- 2 cans plain biscuits
- 3 Irish potatoes
- 3 strips fatback meat
- 2 medium onions
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Bring clams to a boil.

2Drain water off.

3Fry fatback meat and brown onion in the grease.

4Add meat and onions to clams; add 6 cups water.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Dice up potatoes and add to clams.

7Boil for 30 minutes.

8Cut biscuits up into quarters and roll into balls.

9Drop into boiling clam broth and cook until done.
