- 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pt. razor clams with juice
- 1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 qt. half and half (may need more)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 onions, finely chopped
Directions

1Boil potatoes in water with 1/2 teaspoon salt.

2Saute bacon; add onions and saute until tender; drain grease.

3Mix in 3 tablespoons flour and add the milk.

4Add potatoes and clams, salt and pepper to taste.

5Heat, but do not boil.
