- onions
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 10 to 12 potatoes, sliced thin
- 1 qt. clams
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 can condensed milk
Directions

1Saute lots of onions in butter, then add potatoes and hot water to cover.

2Salt and pepper.

3Let cook for about 20 minutes, then add clams.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add milk and condensed milk. Let this get warm, then season to taste.

6Add more butter, salt and pepper.

7Better if you let it cool and serve next day.

8Keep refrigerated.
