  • 2 small onions, grated
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 cans potato soup
  • 2 cans minced clams, partially drained
  • 1 small can diced carrots
  • 1 c. light cream

Directions

    Saute onions and celery until tender (not brown), then add to soup mixture.

    Also add light cream, salt and pepper.

    Garnish with parsley.
