  • 6 cans cream of celery soup
  • 3-4 cans minced clams
  • 6 med. potatoes diced
  • 3 stalks of celery diced
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
  • 1 med. onion diced
  • 6 soup cans of milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and cook for about 1 hour, if not thick enough, combine 2 Tbsp. corn starch with 1/2 cup water and add to soup, cook until it is thick enough.
