- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 large, finely chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can whole baby clams in liquid
- 4 medium, diced potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. light cream
Directions

1Melt the margarine in a deep saucepan.

2Add onion; cook slowly until golden brown.

3Add clams in liquid.

4Skim if necessary.

5Add potatoes, salt and black pepper to taste.

6Cook until potatoes are tender.

7Remove the mixture from heat and slowly add milk and cream which have been heated.

8Serve immediately.
