- 1 large chopped green pepper
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced small
- 1 bottle clam juice
- 1 can chopped clams
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
- salt to taste
- 1 1/2 oz. potato flakes
- milk
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook small diced potatoes in small amount of water until tender.

2Saute green pepper and onion in stick of margarine. Drain most of water from potatoes.

3Add bottle of clam juice and juice of can of clams, reserving clams for later.

4Cook over medium heat.

5Add sauteed onion and potato flakes.

6Add milk to desired thickness; heat thoroughly.

7Add clams just before serving.
