- 2 cans whole baby clams
- 2 cans water
- 2 tsp. salt
- garlic powder to taste (I prefer lots!)
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 large potatoes, finely diced
- 2 qt. half and half
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Put the first 6 ingredients in a large pot.

2Bring to boil; cook for 20 minutes.

3Add the half and half.

4In a skillet, saute the onions (chopped) in 1/2 stick margarine or butter.

5Add to pot after 10 minutes of cooking time.
