- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of garlic powder
- dash of salt
- 1 (7 oz.) can minced clams
- 12 slices bread (remove crust and flatten)
Directions

1Saute onions in butter for 2 to 3 minutes; remove from heat. Blend in flour, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder, then stir in the clams and clam liquid.

2Cook over low heat until it thickens, about 1 minute.

3Cool and spread mixture on bread and roll up.

4At this point, they can be frozen on cookie sheets and stored in freezer paper or plastic bags.

5When ready to use, roll in melted butter and place on cookie sheets.

6Bake in a 425° oven until toasted.
