- 2 cans minced clams with juice
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 small diced onion
- 1 box Ritz crackers
Directions

1Mix clams with juice, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and onion in bowl.

2Flatten in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 325° until cheese melts (approximately 15 minutes).

4Serve hot with Ritz crackers.
