  • 2 cans minced clams with juice
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1 box Ritz crackers

Directions

    Mix clams with juice, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and onion in bowl.

    Flatten in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 325° until cheese melts (approximately 15 minutes).

    Serve hot with Ritz crackers.
