Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. grated onion or chopped scallion
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard (prepared)
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
  • lemon juice (just a squeeze)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, adding small amounts of clam juice as needed to moisten.

    Serve chilled with dipper chips, celery and/or simple crackers.

    Sprinkle with paprika for color.
