- 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. grated onion or chopped scallion
- 1/2 tsp. mustard (prepared)
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
- lemon juice (just a squeeze)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, adding small amounts of clam juice as needed to moisten.

2Serve chilled with dipper chips, celery and/or simple crackers.
