  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 can soup can water

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients well; form into balls. Brown on all sides. Drain; place in baking dish. Pour soup and water over balls. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
