  • 1 pinch Seasalt
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/2 cup Romano or Parmesan Cheese, coarsely grated
  • 12 ounces whole canned Clams, drained broth saved
  • 1/2 Red Onion sliced thinly
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Fennel Seeds
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • Seasalt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • red chile Flakes to taste
  • Olive Oil as required...
  • 1/2 cup Warm Water
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk or Half & Half
