Clam Roll-Ups

- 2 cans (6 1/2 oz ea.) minced clams (drained)
- 1 (3-oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup tomato catsup
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp prepared white horseradish
- 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Lightly grease cookie sheet.

3In food processor or blender, place clams, cream cheese, catsup, parsley and horseradish.

4Process 1 to 2 minutes, till blended.

5Unroll crescent roll dough onto lightly floured surface.

6Separate into 4 rectangles.

7Spread each with 1/4 of clam mixture.

8Roll each up tightly starting at a narrow end.

9Cut each roll into 6 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet.

10Bake about 10 to 12 minutes, till lightly browned.

11Makes 24 rolls.
