- 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams
- 1/2 c. squeeze Parkay
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Drain clams; reserve liquid.

2Add water to clam liquid to make 1 cup.

3In saucepan, combine liquid, margarine, poultry seasoning and salt.

4Heat to boiling.

5Add flour; cook until mixture forms a ball.

6Remove from heat.

7Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

8Stir in clams.

9Drop dough by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.

10Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then 350° for 10 minutes.

11Serve warm or cold.
