- 50 small baby clams or 2 large cans chopped clams
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. linguine
Directions

1Boil water for pasta.

2In large pan, mix clams, garlic, hot pepper flakes, parsley, white wine and oil.

3Bring to boil, then simmer until clams shells open.

4Drain pasta, then toss with clams.

5Serve immediately.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs, if desired. Serves 2 to 4.
