- 2 cans chopped clams
- 2 gloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. clam juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 lb. pasta (linguine or fettucini)
Directions

1In 1-quart saucepan, heat oil with crushed garlic.

2Heat until garlic is toasted (do not overcook).

3Add parsley.

4Take pan off stove.

5Add two cans clams with liquid.

6Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
