  • 2 cans chopped clams
  • 2 gloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. clam juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 lb. pasta (linguine or fettucini)

Directions

    In 1-quart saucepan, heat oil with crushed garlic.

    Heat until garlic is toasted (do not overcook).

    Add parsley.

    Take pan off stove.

    Add two cans clams with liquid.

    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
