- 4 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. chopped red bell peppers
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients above together.

2Top clams or oysters on 1/2 shell with mixture topped with a slice of raw bacon.

3Bake on rock salt for about 10 to 15 minutes, until bacon is crisp.

4Makes approximately 2 dozen (depending on size).
