- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- paprika
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 cans chopped clams (about 16 oz. or more; undrained)
Directions

1Saute the chopped onion and pepper in the butter until soft. Add rest of ingredients, including clams with their juice; mix well.

2Spread in shallow oven-proof dish (a quiche dish or pie plate works well).

3Top with paprika and Parmesan cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Serve with crackers or Fritos.
