- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. uncooked fettuccine
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. heavy or whipping cream
- 4 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1Cook fettuccine according to your taste of doneness; drain. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; gradually stir in cheese, then cream until well blended.

2Continue heating sauce, stirring constantly, just to boiling point.

3Remove from heat; stir in parsley.

4Add sauce to hot fettuccine; toss lightly.

5Serves 6.
