  • 2 cups shredded Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp. corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg yolk

    MIX cheese, corn starch and mustard in a large mixing bowl.

    MICROWAVE beer, and seasonings in a large microwaveable glass bowl and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.

    WHISK in the cheese mixture and microwave 1 minute.

    Stir and cook 1 more minute.

    BEAT in egg yolk and microwave 1 minute, stirring at 30 seconds.
  6. 6
    Serve with toast.
