Ingredients: 2 cups shredded Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese; 1 tsp. corn starch; 1/2 tsp. dry mustard; 1/2 cup beer; 1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce; freshly ground black pepper to taste; 1 egg yolk

1 tsp. corn starch
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup beer
1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 egg yolk

Directions

MIX cheese, corn starch and mustard in a large mixing bowl.

MICROWAVE beer, and seasonings in a large microwaveable glass bowl and cook on HIGH for 1 minute.

WHISK in the cheese mixture and microwave 1 minute.

Stir and cook 1 more minute.

BEAT in egg yolk and microwave 1 minute, stirring at 30 seconds.

Serve with toast.
